ALL ORDERS WITH DISCOUNT, OFFERS WILL NOT BE RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE.

We provide 6 month warranty, which means you face any technical issues with the product then please reach out to us, we will resolve it or will provide a replacement to you. 

The customer will not be eligible for replacement in the following conditions:

  • No Technical problem with the watch.
  • Self Placed Wrong Order (eg. Ordered wrong model or product).
  • Not the same as Advertised.
  • Purchased from local stores or other websites.


To start a replacement, you can contact us at support@aeropod.in.

If your replacement is accepted, you have to self ship the product to our address, as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We accept the products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or wrong item.

Requirements for Returns:

  • Must include a valid original purchase order number from Doodlestores
  • All returned products should be in the original packaging without any missing or damaged parts.
  • If the product is used or has scratches, the same cannot be accepted for return
  • Return shipping will be at the buyer’s cost.
  • Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable for both ways.
  • Replacement processes could take up to 7-10 working days after the item is received.
  • We recommend adding a tracking number or delivery confirmation with your shipment to ensure your return is received (highly recommended for International returns).
  • If you are not satisfied with the product quality then you can only exchange your product with another product of the same price. We don't have a refund policy in this case as our products are tested by our Quality Assurance team

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
