At Avinati, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty period begins on the date of delivery and applies only to the original purchaser.
Standard Warranty Periods

What Is Covered
This warranty covers:

If a valid warranty claim is approved, Avinati may, at its sole discretion:

What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Physical damage, drops, cracks, dents, or impact damage

Water or liquid damage unless explicitly stated as waterproof

Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper installation

Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations

Damage caused by power surges, improper voltage, or external causes

Loss, theft, or accidental damage

Consumable components such as batteries, protective films, or accessories unless defective upon arrival

Warranty Claim Process

Shipping Costs

If the issue is covered under warranty, Avinati may cover the cost of replacement shipping.

Customers may be responsible for shipping the product to our service center unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
Replacement Products
Any replacement product provided under warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from the replacement date, whichever is longer.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product as described above.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Avinati shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Proof of Purchase Requirement
A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Claims submitted without verifiable proof of purchase may be declined.
