Undelivered Packages
In the event your package arrives in your city but:

The customer refuses delivery, or

No delivery attempt is made by the customer,
the shipment will be returned to our facility, and reshipping will be at the customer’s expense. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deduction of logistics and handling costs.
